Remodeled home on a tight budget. Upgraded focal features such as the kitchen, guest bath, and refinished existing surfaces with paint, stain, and contemporary hardware.
Replaced original 1930’s cabinets and linoleum with new cabinets, tile, counters, paint and flooring.
Converted the bedroom walk-in closet into a bath and added a closet in the bedroom.
Original hardwood floors found underneath the carpet were refinished and a small closet was added that bumped into the second bathroom.
This bathroom was reconfigured to make room for a closet in the second bedroom. A new shower replaced an oversized bathtub, allowing for a closet to be added behind the shower wall.
Updated a 1930’s original downtown Bend mill house with a new kitchen, flooring, and tile upgrades.
